When else will we have the chance to leave and travel anywhere for months at a time? This is the easiest time in our lives to up and leave because we don't own a house, kids, or pets. This blog will be our way of recording our adventures and allow our friends and families to keep tabs on us.
Our plan is to start in New Zealand in April (before winter comes) for a few weeks, then Australia for a few weeks. We will work our way up eastern Asia, possibly visiting Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Japan, the Philippines, India (depending on how much time we have). We will be back in the US in July for a month or so to visit with family and friends. Then in August we will head out to Europe until either our funds and wits run out or November arrives.
